1. Zero-tolerance commitment
2U.Chat, published by 2U CHAT PTY LTD, has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking and any other form of harm to minors. Such content and behaviour are strictly prohibited on 2U.Chat and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
2. Prohibited content & conduct (CSAE / CSAM)
Any image, video, audio, text or live stream depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor (CSAM).
Sexualised content involving anyone under 18, including drawn, animated or AI-generated imagery.
Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or attempts to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
Trafficking, sale, or exploitation of minors.
Sharing personal information of minors with intent to harm.
3. Detection & moderation on 2U.Chat
Automated scanning of uploaded media against known CSAM hash databases.
AI-assisted classifiers for live streams, voice rooms and chat.
24/7 human moderation team reviewing flagged content.
In-app one-tap reporting on every message, profile, post and live stream.
Mandatory age verification for live streaming and monetised features.
4. How to report CSAE / CSAM on 2U.Chat
In-app: long-press the message / open the profile → tap Report → choose Child safety.
Emergencies / law enforcement: also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline or your local police.
2U CHAT PTY LTD acknowledges every report within 24 hours and acts on confirmed violations within 48 hours, including reporting to NCMEC and relevant authorities as required by law.
5. Compliance
2U.Chat complies with applicable child-safety laws and standards including the U.S. PROTECT Act / 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, the EU Digital Services Act, Australia's Online Safety Act 2021, and Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.
